Melting
With one natural gas main melting furnace and eleven 500 KG electric casting furnaces, we have a daily melting capacity of 5 tons.
Model and Mold Design
We conduct R&D work on machines as well as design models and molds suitable for your projects.
Aluminum Casting
For years, we've mastered production using methods such as Gravity Die Casting, Furan Resin, Sand Casting, and High Pressure.
Robotic Automation
We power sustainable processes in mass productions with robotic workstations.
Aluminum T6 Heat Treatment
Offering services with a 2-ton capacity over 36 hours through two ovens for solution treatment and aging.
Machining
With 2 Vertical and 4 Horizontal CNC machining centers, we offer integrated solutions for your projects from casting to the finished product.
3D Laser Scanning
For PPAP or existing process changes, we precisely validate the dimensional checks of the product from production.
Post-Casting Processes
As per customer request for aluminum, we perform additional processes such as surface coating, painting, assembly, boxing, and packaging, embracing a comprehensive service approach.
